- Hello All:
My name is Shirley Dukes. My husband, James, and I just celebrated our sixth anniversary (Feb. 2008). When I married James, I became the proud mother of three sons and a daughter. Through them, we have four beautiful grand children. Along the way, James and I were adopted by our daughter, Jessica, age 10. She is an extreme blessing to both James and myself. God is so amazing. I am the mother of many and I am grateful for the task.

God In Me
Today is May 12th, 2008. For several nights, I have not been able to sleep well. The major factor in this is the fact that my body is going through some hormonal changes. I already know that to alleviate some of this nightly discomfort, I have to eat the right things and get my body moving (as in daily exercise).

Thanks for the compliment. I'm amazed that you were there all by yourself on such a wonderful site. I thought you needed some company.
One thing troubled me, however. There seems to be no separation from your info and ours. How can that be corrected?
