Today is May 12th, 2008. For several nights, I have not been able to sleep well. The major factor in this is the fact that my body is going through some hormonal changes. I already know that to alleviate some of this nightly discomfort, I have to eat the right things and get my body moving (as in daily exercise). When I got to work today, I cried my heart out.
